Consolidation of insight services
Context
Following a recent acquisition, we faced the challenge of merging two services that provided property insights to customers. Both services offered valuable information for our users and their customers, but their lack of customisation and reliability issues led to inconsistencies and user experience issues.
Objective
The primary goal of this project was to consolidate the two services into a unified service. This involved addressing several key issues:
